VAC setup page.

The software is not free but worth the $25. You can try it first and then buy it but save your time just buy it. There is also a YouTube video for setting up VAC, click VAC to go there.

I set the number of virtual cable to 4, I'm using version 4.14 the latest at this time. Set each cable to the parameters on the screen. The beauty of the Flex radio is that you do not need an external or additional sound card. Use the computer sound card just as long as it has sufficient sampling rate for SDR. The Flex 3000 has the ability to display a 96KHz bandwidth so your sampling rate should be to handle it. You can narrow the bandwidth down.

When the SDR software is running correctly the Current format changes and gives the source and sampling rate.

After setting up VAC then setup VSP.
